This guide will walk you through the simple process of integrating Signals with Gorgias to enhance your customer support capabilities.

Step 1: Find Signals in Gorgias App Store

  1. Log into your Gorgias account
  2. Navigate to Settings > App Store
  3. Search for “Signals” in the app store
  4. Click on the Signals app to view its details

Step 2: Connect Signals

  1. On the Signals App page, click the Connect Signals button
  2. This will redirect you to the Signals application

Step 3: Sign In to Signals

  1. If you’re not already signed in to Signals, you’ll be prompted to sign in
  2. Enter your Signals account credentials
  3. Complete the sign-in process

Step 4: Authorize the Integration

  1. After signing in, you’ll be taken to an authorization page
  2. Review the integration details and permissions
  3. Click Authorize to connect your Signals account with Gorgias

Step 5: Accept Permissions in Gorgias

  1. You’ll be redirected back to Gorgias
  2. Review the scopes and permissions that Signals is requesting
  3. Click Accept to grant the necessary permissions
  4. The integration is now complete!

Once the integration is set up, you can:
  • Set up Cloud Employees to handle incoming tickets
  • Create tickets from Signals conversations
